Strong Belgian Ale brewed with ginger, coriander and cardamom. Named after one of the "Three Kings", it explodes with spice and fruit flavors.

Malt: Pilsen, wheat, special B, amber 45, chocolate
Hops: Challenger, EK goldings
Candi sugar: dark candi sugar
Spices: ginger, cardemon, coriander

Primary fermentation: 1 week at 23°C
Secondary fermentation: 3 weeks at 15°C
