Gin/Pinot Noir barrel, Ransom Distillery, Oregon
We matured this beer in French-coopered oak barrels from the Ransom Winery & Distillery in Sheridan, Oregon. The barrels originally were used for maturing their Pinot Noir, then used to age the distillery‚ Old Tom Gin. This keg is a blend of beers: the first aged for one month in these barrels, and the second aged for two months.
