A very unusual rye-wheat- barley creation. A perfect aperitif on its own. Enjoys the company of delicate seafood.
Only brewed in spring of each year
Malt: Pilsner malt, wheat malt, 30% rye malt
Hops: Hallertauer Magnum
Yeast: Bottom-fermenting
Appearance: of straw color ; pouring a thick and compact head
Aroma: Hints of grain, chamomile, and a touch of herbal notes {reminiscent of the herb "mallow" or "malva" }
Palate: Very fresh and clean with a touch of honey
Finish: Elegant dry & bitter
Primary Fermentation: 13 days
Maturation: 25 days
