B. United International Inc. - Birrificio Italiano

From Trentino (which was the birthplace of my mother, a marvelous cook) comes the "carne salada" [salted meat] served, according to tradition, with hot boiled beans. Another great invention from Trentino is the Potato Polenta served with fresh or, on request, grilled Trevisana radicchio. From my mother's art of fine pastry-making comes the Birrificio Cake, a simple but scrumptious apple torte. Other cakes, cold desserts and, of course, the chocolate mousse are always available. Birrificio Italiano offers culinary evenings with informal and especially innovative service and selections. The combination during the evening of people choosing a regular full-course dinner, those opting for just one hot or cold dish later in the evening and still others who are there for the beer, create a particularly effervescent and lively ambiance.

Birrificio Italiano Scale:

Why have a Birrificio Italiano scale? Because we have always wanted to create something new and exciting on the humdrum scenario of Italian breweries. There was nothing in Italy that could explain our philosophy, which appreciates the hedonistic aspect of beer drinking as much as the technological-scientific aspects tied to its production. Although we employ – or, better yet, are freely inspired by – the strictly technical aspects of traditional German brewing techniques, we do not believe that beer must only be served with sausages, nor have we ever thought of copying debatable German beer hall decor and service.

Never fear! The B.I. Scale is not technical or specialist in nature. You do not need special brewery training, nor must you know much about beer to comprehend it, because it is dedicated to beer lovers. In fact, the B.I. Scale is a well-organized yet semi-serious collection of sensations and moods that are the result from drinking (not always in moderate quantities) the craft beers of "Birrificio Italiano®". The archive keeps getting bigger and better, and it follows and reflects everything that changes and develops at "Birrificio Italiano®".
