De Dolle Brouwers

Visiting the Brewery:

Every Sunday afternoon at 2pm we do a tour for individuals in English or French. Please note that the brewery is closed during the week.

Some special visitors have a special outfit to visit De Dolle Brouwers, or is this due to April Fool's Day?

Oerbier Yeast:

Since 2000 as the yeast supply ceased, we installed a new yeast propagator. The tart aftertaste is obtained by lactobacterial fermentation (since 2005).
