Tasting Notes:

By Garret Oliver, "The Brewmasters Table", pg 278:

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: "it has a bright, full amber color and a spicy malt aroma lifted by notes of floral hops."
Flavor: "Concentrated toffesh malt flavors make the first impression, but momentary sweetness is quickly pulled into line by broad, sturdy bitternes."
Finish: "The palate dries as it reaches the juicy, malty center, then slides out to an almost flinty dry finish."
