| Aroma: | Hoppy, bitter malt. |
| Flavor: | Maltiness is grainy and medium bodied and hops are strong in the balance. Very low in carbonation as a result of unbunged maturation. This is a very pleasing and unique element to the Keller Bier that allows the flavor of the beer to come through powerfully. |
