Ale Mary is a premium bitter enriched with spices of ginger, cloves,Cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg and pimento.

At 6.0% it is a deceptively drinkable red beer, with a velvety beginning and long toffee finish.

“Zesty fruit overlaid with exotic spice dominates the perfumed notes of this strong beer. The spices imparta very unusual taste , with the citrous qualities of Firebox exaggerated by the coriander in particular, and the other flavourings providing a peppery, gingery warmth. Dry, scented, bitter orange finish with a light ginger burn.”
