Johan Brandt, also a bee-keeper, started out with only one type of beer, a honey beer called 't Smisje. He now produces 6 permanent beers.

Appearance:	Excellent carbonation. nice head.
Aroma:	Rich flavours from fruit, woody hints of whisky.
Flavor:	Very warming with a slight alcohol burn and very soft whiskey flavor..
