Bottles with defects are in sorted out and destroyed. Exactly like the fassbier Flaschenbier is also filled up under counter-pressure, in order to avoid foams and carbonic acid loss. A modern bottling machine can fill up to 100,000 bottles per hour. Subsequently, the locking machine presses the crown corks on, and each bottle receives its label.


Die Endkontrolle

The bottle fillers, corking and labelling machines are combined in a single plant. Only the bottles that are correctly filled, corked and labeled pass the final inspection. The bottles are then automatically filled into boxes, several boxes at a time. They are then stacked on pallets and ready to be delivered. From there they are sent to wholesalers, retailers and restaurants and finally to the consumer.
