The Food at the Uerige:

Of course, the appropriate delicious nibbles are served at the UERIGE to go with the yummy droplet. In addition to our normal menu, on most days of the week we offer warm specials of the season (for example, Grünkohl, kale with smoked sausage, is served in the cold season). Every Saturday, we offer our famous pea soup.

Our team prepares all of our specialties fresh for you in our kitchen, which was entirely modernized in 2004. Meatballs for example are served still warm, and our Mettbrötchen, rolls with ground pork, are prepared only minutes before they reach you. You will taste and appreciate this.

Traditional Dishes at the Uerige:

Smoked and cooked ham with bread and butter
Roast Pork with home-made potato salad
Uerige Leg of Pork , roasted crisply,with coleslaw and spent yeast bread rolls
Goulash and bread rolls
Smoked Fish Specialities with a dill and horseradish sauce

Uerige Selection of Sausages:
Blood sausage, liver sausage, smoked sausage, brawn garnished with onion rings and gherkins, bread, butter and dripping minced raw steak and minced raw pork garnished with onions, bread and butter

Uerige Cheese Selection:
Mainz, Camembert, Gouda, Liptauer ( prepared cream cheese ), bread and butter
