Blend of "Hollandish" Oud Brouin {around 3.5% alc/vol} , "Dortmunder" lager bockbier {around 6.5% alc/vol} and the "primeval" beer. The "primal" beer has been aged in traditional wooden barrels since March 2010. It introduces lactobacilli, Brettanomyces and other microflora into the very complex blend.
