Sour White Ale
Baudelot Blanche is our foeder aged sour witbier brewed with traditional Belgian pilsener and locally grown wheat malt from Thrall Family Farms. After maturing in our oak foeder for 5 months it develops a beautifully refreshing acidity to go alongside the citrusy spice character from the bitter orange peels and coriander.
